favor of a young platform for a number of reasons, including the hope of
gaining greater control (and income) of associated software and services.
In addition, the
company is apparently worried that Android flavors Google developed wearables
can not be as open as the other versions. Whatever the reasons are Samsung, we
just hope that the new Gear has a longer list of compatible devices than its
predecessor.
