Booking.com acquires mobile and Internet messaging company eBuddy.

eBuddy, the Dutch software company that specializes in web and mobile messaging services , has acquired accommodation booking platform and fellow Dutch company Booking.com .
The publication earlier today, eBuddy has revealed she has a "acqui-hire” which pretty much means that eBuddy will be shuttering its employees to jump ship Booking.com.

Last year, the Japanese mobile and social gaming juggernaut GREE took a strategic minority stake, eBuddy , eBuddy with the latest design of new posts Gree app . But the program was pulled back in August as cost-cutting measures, which also saw Gree close its office in China and dismiss 120 employees. It was rumored the initial

investment would lead to a full acquisition, but , unfortunately , their struggles Gree apparently canceled all plans for the front.
