Sony has just announced the Android 4.3 (Jelly Bean) update Xperia Z1 and Z Ultra, and it is tacking on some of its improvements, along with the standard operating tweaks. Super-sized Xperia Z Ultra, one, now is a Smart Social camera kit share via social media networks, using image recognition technology and adding or effect, among other things. z Ultra users who already envy your photos Z1-oriented feature set, this should be a welcome addition - although, of course, the software update cannot magically, update the 8-megapixel camera with a 20.7MP camera.
The update also adds improved versions of the Sony native apps, including MyXperia Messaging and Smart Connect, in conjunction with the company's media programs, such as the Walkman.
