Surface Mini has been part of the rumor mill since last year, and is considered
to be Microsoft's attempt to lure business users away from Apple's iPad mini. The
Tablet is expected to have 7.5- inch display with 1440x1080p resolution.
It is speculated thats the Surface Mini will run on Windows 8.1 OS instead of Windows RT and is expected to powered by an ARM chip. The tablet can be equipped with 3G and 4G connectivity, the surface current models do not.
